The warranty of the bags is 30 days from the date received.  The warranty covers stitching failures and failure of fabric due to normal use.  Excessive heat, such as boiling, will void the warranty.  

We recommend that you place all four bags in the washing machine.  Use cold water only, no detergent or fabric softener.  We strongly suggest placing the bags in a delicates bag or a pillow case and tie the top closed, to prevent snagging.  Remove from pillow case and allow bags to air dry. 

Unfortunately no, we do not currently offer international shipping.
